Thank you for choosing Academy of Excellence Preschool for your family’s childcare needs. While your child is in our care they will be cared for in a safe and nurturing environment of learning that enables children to grow through fun and developmentally appropriate activities. We are proud of the remarkable and dedicated teachers who are part of our program, as many of them have been a part of our family for years. We understand you, the parents/guardians, count on our program to have teachers who are loyal, educated, and caring, and we assure you that is just what we have.
Enrolling in a childcare program is a big change for your child and you. We recognize that adjustment periods will vary depending on your child and prior experiences in a classroom setting. Our teachers and program administrators are experienced in welcoming new families and will work with you to make the process as seamless as possible.
Our program is designed with families in mind. We seek to form a partnership with you that promotes the learning and healthy development of your child. As we build our partnership together, please feel free to share new ideas and suggestions. We value the need for close communication between families and teachers.

At Academy of Excellence Preschool, we believe that a strong partnership between parents/guardians and the childcare program is essential for the well-being and growth of each child. By adhering to the outlined parent responsibilities, we can work together to create a nurturing and enriching environment for all children in our care.
Parents are responsible for ensuring their child’s regular attendance at the daycare center. If a child will be absent, parents should notify the center in advance to help with planning.
Parents are expected to drop off and pick up their child at the agreed-upon times. If unforeseen circumstances arise, parents should communicate with the center to make appropriate arrangements.
Parents are encouraged to maintain open communication with teachers and staff. Sharing important information abouta child’s well-being, changes in routine, or relevant events at home is crucial to provide comprehensive care.
Parents are responsible for keeping an adequate supply of their child’s things at daycare. This includes snacks, extra clothing, comfort items, and anything else the child may need while in the program.
Parents are expected to update their child’s registration forms whenever necessary. Please make sure we have accurate contact numbers, pickup lists, allergies or health information, and other important information.
Parents are responsible for making timely payments for their child’s tuition and any additional fees as outlined in the enrollment agreement. Late payments are subject to fees and additional charges.
